Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions outline the general policies for booking, staying in, and using properties managed by HPonce Homes. By confirming a reservation, guests agree to follow the guidelines established for each property and to use the home responsibly throughout their stay.

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment terms, cancellation policies, check-in and check-out times, security deposits, and any additional fees will be shared with the guest prior to or at the time of booking.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate information, respecting the maximum occupancy of the property, and following the house rules provided before arrival. The property must be used only for its intended residential or vacation purposes, unless otherwise authorized in writing by HPonce Homes.

Guests are expected to take proper care of the home, furniture, equipment, accessories, and any shared or private amenities. Any damage, loss, misuse, or excessive cleaning required after the stay may result in additional charges.

Smoking, parties, events, commercial use, or activities that may disturb neighbors or damage the property are not permitted unless previously approved in writing. Pets may only be allowed when specifically authorized for the selected property.

HPonce Homes is committed to providing clean, prepared, and well-maintained homes. If any maintenance issue occurs during the stay, guests must notify the HPonce Homes team as soon as possible so the situation can be reviewed and addressed in a timely manner.

HPonce Homes is not responsible for personal belongings left, lost, or damaged during the stay. Guests are responsible for securing their valuables and ensuring the property is properly locked when not in use.

By completing a reservation, guests acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions, as well as any specific rules, policies, or instructions provided for the selected property.
